Our Services
We support adults with developmental disabilities through the Florida APD Medicaid Waiver — from full-time residential care to individualized supports that meet each person exactly where they are.
What We Provide
24-hour supervised care in our licensed group home, including room and board, supervision, and support with daily living in a true home setting.
Short-term, temporary relief care so families and primary caregivers can rest, travel, or handle life's demands with peace of mind.
Friendly, non-medical support: supervision, conversation, and shared activities that ease isolation and support wellbeing.
Trained DSP staff provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and day-to-day routines — one person at a time.
Practical training in independent living, budgeting basics, household tasks, and self-advocacy.
Careful, consistent support to help residents stay on track with prescribed medication routines.
Supported outings, social activities, and transportation that connect residents to the wider community.
Home-cooked meals and nutrition support tailored to each resident's needs.
Reliable transportation to approved medical appointments, therapies, and community activities.
Services are authorized individually through each resident's APD iBudget Waiver support plan. Not every service is available to every resident — contact us to review eligibility and current authorization.
